We’re excited to introduce two powerful new environments now available in our Mixed Reality (MR) training suite: the CH-47F Chinook and the Boxer Ambulance. These detailed, immersive additions are designed to enhance further our advanced simulation training for aeromedical and battlefield medical teams.
CH-47F Chinook: Realistic Aeromedical Evacuation
The CH-47F Chinook environment brings one of the world’s most iconic heavy-lift helicopters into the BlueRoom Simulator. It enables trainees to rehearse complex medical and tactical operations in a highly realistic setting.
Highlights:
Highly detailed replica of the CH-47F cabin, capturing the aircraft's true scale, layout, and features.
Scenario-based training for casualty evacuation, en-route patient care, and team coordination under pressure.
Integration with our Mission Control system allows trainers to monitor stress levels and dynamically adapt scenarios in real-time.

Boxer Ambulance: Tactical Medicine in Confined Spaces
The Boxer Ambulance environment delivers a rugged, ultra-realistic simulation of battlefield medical care inside an armoured vehicle. This new module supports high-stakes medical decision-making in the close quarters of combat operations.
Highlights:
Authentic layout and equipment as found in the real Boxer Ambulance, enabling accurate rehearsals of medical procedures in the field.
Customisable mission scenarios, including trauma care, patient loading, and emergency response under fire.
Full biometric integration, giving instructors the tools to track physiological stress and tailor training to individual performance.

These new environments mark another leap forward in our mission to deliver cutting-edge, high-fidelity MR training. Whether you're stabilising a casualty in a Chinook or managing trauma care in a Boxer, BlueRoom continues to bring the complexity of real-world operations into a safe and repeatable virtual space.
