BlueRoom Simulations is an Australian‑owned company, headquartered in Clayton South, Victoria, with our core R&D, production and support teams based in Melbourne. Australia and New Zealand are our direct‑service region: defence, ambulance, air‑ambulance and healthcare organisations here work with BlueRoom without going through a distributor.

New Zealand customers are supported by the same engineering and training staff who build and maintain our systems for the Royal Australian Air Force, universities and hospitals. We provide remote demonstrations, on‑site integration and ongoing software and hardware support from Australia, ensuring that both Australian and New Zealand teams always train on the latest mixed reality environments, aircraft modules and TCCC scenarios.

In the Netherlands, BlueRoom Mixed Reality Simulators are distributed by Skills Meducation Group. The team provides demonstrations, installation and local support for defence, police, EMS and university customers who require realistic training in aeromedical evacuation and Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC). In Australia and New Zealand we sell and support BlueRoom systems directly from our headquarters in Melbourne. In most other markets, we work through specialist local partners and distributors who understand their own defence, healthcare and procurement environments. This hybrid model lets us stay close to the technology while customers benefit from local account management and support.
