BlueRoom Simulations designs, manufactures and supports the BlueRoom Mixed Reality Simulator from our global headquarters in Melbourne, Australia. From this hub we develop new environments, mission profiles and biometric capabilities in partnership with frontline clinicians, medics and operators.
Today our systems are deployed across Australia and New Zealand and exported through trusted partners to Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and North America, giving defence, emergency and healthcare organisations worldwide access to the same high‑fidelity mixed reality training capability.

BlueRoom Simulations is an Australian‑owned company, headquartered in Clayton South, Victoria, with our core R&D, production and support teams based in Melbourne. Australia and New Zealand are our direct‑service region: defence, ambulance, air‑ambulance and healthcare organisations here work with BlueRoom without going through a distributor.
New Zealand customers are supported by the same engineering and training staff who build and maintain our systems for the Royal Australian Air Force, universities and hospitals. We provide remote demonstrations, on‑site integration and ongoing software and hardware support from Australia, ensuring that both Australian and New Zealand teams always train on the latest mixed reality environments, aircraft modules and TCCC scenarios.

In which countries is BlueRoom available?
BlueRoom Simulations operates globally, with systems and partners in Australia and New Zealand, Europe (Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland), the Middle East and Africa (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Türkiye, Israel, Kenya, Tanzania), Asia (Japan, Singapore) and the United States. If your country is not listed, our team in Australia can usually support you directly.
Do you sell directly or through local partners?
In Australia and New Zealand we sell and support BlueRoom systems directly from our headquarters in Melbourne. In most other markets, we work through specialist local partners and distributors who understand their own defence, healthcare and procurement environments. This hybrid model lets us stay close to the technology while customers benefit from local account management and support.

Are all BlueRoom capabilities available in every region?
Core capabilities being the mixed‑reality aeromedical, TCCC and medical training are available globally, but specific configurations, aircraft models and integrations can vary by region depending on customer requirements, local regulations and export‑control considerations.
