DUBAI, UAE – During the World Health Expo 2026 (formerly Arab Health) in Dubai, BlueRoom officially formalised a distribution agreement with Leader Healthcare, formalising their exclusive distribution rights across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.

The agreement marks a major milestone in BlueRoom’s international growth, formalising a deep, multi-year relationship built on a shared commitment to clinical excellence and immersive training.

A Partnership Built on Proven Success

This signing follows a highly successful 2025, which saw the installation of multiple BlueRoom Simulators across the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) campuses in the UAE. These installations have already begun transforming how the next generation of Emirati healthcare professionals train, bridging the gap between classroom theory and high-stakes clinical reality.

"Our mission is to bring the world’s most innovative healthcare technologies to the region," said Sukhdeep Sachdev, Global CEO of Leader Healthcare. "By formalising our partnership with BlueRoom, we are ensuring that medical educators across the GCC have local access to the gold standard in Mixed Reality (MR) simulation tools that don't just mimic reality, but enhance it."

Dale Linegar, CTO of BlueRoom Simulations, shared that:

“We are proud to be building on an already successful partnership with Leader Healthcare. The work completed in the UAE has demonstrated what is possible when innovative simulation technology is combined with strong regional delivery and support. This agreement allows us to build on that momentum and bring BlueRoom to more organisations across the Gulf.”

New Permanent Demo Hub: Experience the Future in Dubai

To support regional demand, Leader Healthcare has established a permanent demonstration unit at their new Headquarters and Simulation Centre in Dubai. This state-of-the-art facility serves as a regional hub where stakeholders can experience the capability of BlueRoom firsthand.

Joseph Safa, Director of Business Development (Simulation & Healthcare Education), highlighted the facility’s unique role:

"We wanted to create more than just a showroom. This permanent installation allows local organisations to lease the space for live training. It removes the logistical barriers to high-fidelity simulation, allowing institutions to run immersive scenarios in a controlled, world-class environment right here in Dubai."

Why Mixed Reality (MR) is the Future for the GCC

As nations across the Gulf continue to invest heavily in healthcare workforce development, the demand for flexible, repeatable, and realistic training is at an all-time high.

BlueRoom’s unique approach blending real physical equipment with hyper-realistic virtual environments enables organisations to deliver training that was previously too costly or logistically complex. From paramedics, doctors, nurses, military medics and surgeons, this partnership ensures that the new generation of students have access to the latest and best simulation training capability.
