Kielce, Poland — 2–5 September 2025 — BlueRoom Simulations partner Skills Meducation brought their Mixed Reality (MR) Aeromedical & TCCC simulator to MSPO for the first time, exhibiting at Targi Kielce on the Australian Defence Pavilion.

Why MSPO—and why now

MSPO gathers defence, public‑safety and medical stakeholders from across Europe to evaluate new capabilities from training systems and simulators to rescue and medical support solutions. As services seek repeatable, high‑fidelity practice without tying up aircraft or live ranges, MR enables hands‑on skills (with real equipment) and team decision‑making inside a full‑scale synthetic environment on demand and at lower operational cost.

What we demonstrated
  • Aeromedical MR: Airframe‑accurate cabin workflows: on‑scene care, en‑route critical care, and transfer‑of‑care scenarios.

  • TCCC MR: End‑to‑end training across Care Under Fire → Tactical Field Care → TACEVAC, including MARCH, airway/vent support, haemorrhage control (tourniquets, wound packing) and ATMIST/MIST handovers.

  • Instructor Mission Control & Debrief: Objective timings, task completion, and replay to turn practice into measurable improvement.

  • Local configuration: Matching European equipment profiles, checklists and documentation to ensure training maps directly to operations.

Partnering in Europe: Skills Meducation

We were proud to be on the stand with Skills Meducation, a Netherlands‑based distributor focused on medical simulation and skills‑lab solutions for healthcare, defence and emergency services. Their portfolio and experience make them a strong local partner for deployment, support and procurement across Europe.

What we heard at the stand
  • Demand for low‑frequency/high‑consequence training (major haemorrhage control, RSI, maritime transfer) that can be repeated consistently.

  • Interest in multi‑agency interoperability (defence–ambulance–fire–police) with shared comms and role clarity.

  • Requirements for data‑rich debrief to support readiness reporting, credentialing and continuous improvement.

Thank you, Poland

Dziękujemy to the MSPO organisers and everyone who joined us in Kielce. We appreciated the conversations and the opportunity to exhibit our Mixed-Reality simulator.

What’s next in Europe

Skills Meducation will be conducting a large number of demonstrations throughout Europe until the end of the year. If you would like to schedule a time to see the capability, please contact us or Skills Meducation.
