Mixed Reality (MR) allows the use of your own hands in virtual environments. No controllers just you operating with real equipment in the same way as you would in the real world. For medical and combat medical training this facilitates practicing fine motor skills with precision such as IV cannulation, airway and surgical procedures.

Medical scenarios demand dynamic authoring, no two patients are alike and an instructor must have the ability to adjust each scenario, input creativity and respond to the performance of the student/s in real time. BlueRoom Mixed Reality (MR) Simulator does this through an adaptive Mission Control application and dashboard.

Utilising biometric sensors, BlueRoom Mixed Reality (MR) simulator leverages real-time stress scores that allow a medical facilitator to adjust the complexity of the medical scenario based on the stress of the learner. The Instructor can respond to make the virtual medical scenario more or less complex to stress inoculate the learner and ensure the highest level of preparation for a real incident.
