Carbon Café is an interactive simulation developed by Blueroom Simulations for RMIT University that challenges students to design their own sustainable café. By revealing the environmental cost behind everyday decisions, Carbon Café empowers students to explore the trade-offs between profitability and sustainability, building practical knowledge of low-carbon design in a fun, engaging way.
